Support
We're a small team and we read everything.
Something not working, a question about your subscription, or a thought about tadoy? This page covers the things people ask most, and how to reach a person when it doesn't.
Contact us
Write to contact@galactics.center. It reaches the people who make tadoy — there's no ticket queue or bot in front of it. We aim to reply within a few business days.
If you're reporting a bug, it helps to include your device and iOS version, the part of the app it happened in, and what you expected to happen instead. Don't include journal text or other private content unless it's necessary to explain the issue — we'd rather you didn't have to.
Subscription, billing, and refunds
tadoy is a paid app. You get a free first week to settle in, then a 7-day Apple trial, then $9.99/month or $59.99/year. One subscription unlocks every module — there are no tiers or add-ons.
- Manage or cancel. Your subscription is handled by Apple. On your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → tadoy. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't refund the current period.
- Refunds. Payments and refunds are processed by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something we did caused the problem, write to us as well so we can fix it.
- Restore a purchase. If a new device or reinstall doesn't show your subscription, open tadoy and use “Restore purchases” on the subscription screen — it re-checks with Apple.
- After the trial. If the trial ends without an active subscription, the app moves to a read-only mode: your existing data stays visible, but new entries and AI features pause until you subscribe.
Your data
- Backup. Automatic backup to your own private iCloud is on by default — it lives in your Apple account, never on our servers. You can also save a backup file yourself and restore from it.
- Export. You can export a readable copy of your data — CSV or a day-by-day PDF — at any time. Exporting is never paywalled, even if your subscription has lapsed.
- Delete everything. Account deletion is a single tap in Profile → Settings → Remove account. It clears your account and any server-side data we hold for it. To remove an iCloud backup as well, delete it from your iCloud storage.

AI features
AI shows up in a few places — the Ask chat, the daily Outlook, the Heal body reflection, and the optional evening review. Each reply is clearly labelled, reflective rather than advisory, and never framed as medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic guidance. If a reply is wrong or inappropriate, tap Report on it — that flags it to us directly. Which feature sends what is detailed on the privacy page.
Apple Health
tadoy works with Apple Health both ways — it reads sleep, steps, heart rate, and mindful minutes, and can write mood, meditation, breathwork, hydration, and cycle entries back. You choose what's shared on first run. To change it later, use the iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → tadoy screen; tadoy can't override what you set there.
Devices and offline use
tadoy launches on iPhone first, with iPad support at launch and Mac (via Mac Catalyst) to follow. There is no Android version planned. The daily page, journal, mood, habits, body, goals, and scripture all work offline — only the AI replies and the first-run chart computation need a connection.
Accessibility
tadoy ships with VoiceOver labels, Dynamic Type, reduced-motion support, and high-contrast variants of the three themes. If something is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us — it's a bug to us, and we want to hear about it.
Privacy and terms
The Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled; the Terms of Service cover the rules of use. tadoy is operated by Galactiics LLC.
